- Support is offered via phone, WhatsApp, or secure remote access (with your permission).
- A free antivirus license is included with selected subscription plans.
2. Subscription & Payment
- Services are available through a monthly or annual subscription.
- Payments must be made in advance to keep services active.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when subscribing.
- You agree to allow our technicians remote access only when you grant permission.
- You are responsible for having a stable internet connection for remote support.
4. Limitations of Service
- CyberHomeFix does not cover hardware repairs or physical damage to your device.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party software or scams outside our guidance.
- While we do our best to protect you, no antivirus or support service can guarantee 100% security.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
- Refund requests must follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Subscriptions may be canceled anytime, but partial refunds are not provided once the service period has started.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
- We respect your privacy and handle your information according to our Privacy Policy.
- Remote access is only performed with your consent and solely for support purposes.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- CyberHomeFix is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or financial loss resulting from the use of our services.
