At CyberHomeFix, we aim to provide trustworthy and hassle-free computer support services. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are available.
1. Service Nature
- CyberHomeFix provides digital services (computer checkups, virus removal, scam protection, and technical support).
- Since our services are delivered electronically, there are no physical products to return.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
- You were charged by mistake or billed incorrectly.
- The service was not delivered as promised.
- You cancel your subscription within 7 days of purchase and have not yet used the service.
Refunds are not available if:
- The service period has already started and checkups/support have been provided.
- Issues are due to hardware failure or internet problems outside our control.
3. Subscription Cancellations
- Monthly and annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
- Once canceled, you will not be billed for the next cycle.
- Partial refunds are not provided for unused days in an active billing period.
4. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be sent to support@cyberhomefix.com with your name, registered email, and payment details.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
