At CyberHomeFix, we aim to provide trustworthy and hassle-free computer support services. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are available.


1. Service Nature
  • CyberHomeFix provides digital services (computer checkups, virus removal, scam protection, and technical support).
  • Since our services are delivered electronically, there are no physical products to return.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund if:

  • You were charged by mistake or billed incorrectly.
  • The service was not delivered as promised.
  • You cancel your subscription within 7 days of purchase and have not yet used the service.

Refunds are not available if:

  • The service period has already started and checkups/support have been provided.
  • Issues are due to hardware failure or internet problems outside our control.

3. Subscription Cancellations
  • Monthly and annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
  • Once canceled, you will not be billed for the next cycle.
  • Partial refunds are not provided for unused days in an active billing period.

4. Refund Process
  • Refund requests must be sent to support@cyberhomefix.com with your name, registered email, and payment details.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days back to your original payment method.
